On the Mornington Peninsula there are two bays and an ocean so there are plenty of options to enjoy the beach.  Long View @ Red Hill is a short drive from some beautiful beaches:

• Safety Beach is a 7 minute drive away.  
• Flinders Beach is 15 minutes 
• The beautiful Gunnamatta beach is a 20 minute drive.  There is plenty of parking at this beach.

Long View @ Red Hill is only minutes away from the rail trail .  The Hill View Trail is also close by which is a Mountain  trail bike track and frequently used by the Red Hill Riders.  

Arthurs Seat National Park is a must.

The Hillview Reserve is very close by and is dog friendly.  Remember National Parks are not allowed dogs.
